A complex residential project that comprises 345 residential units, consisting of apartments, town houses and retail tenancies.
Melbourne’s first sky pool bridges two of the four buildings along with a roof top residents lounge and at ground level a large central landscaped courtyard provides aspect from apartments and defines the pedestrian experience through the site.
Buildings range from 3 to 6 levels over a 2-level basement carpark.
