We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice (subject to inspector availability).
All requests must be made before 3:30 pm. Any requests received after this time will be attended to the next business day.

Same-day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee.
Where a qualified structural engineer carries out mandatory structural inspections, our office is to be notified within 48 hours of the inspection. Provision of a Certificate of Compliance, Building Work (Regulation 126) for domestic buildings or a Build. Inspections are booked for AM or PM time slots Monday – Friday. No weekend bookings available.
Ensure that previous inspections have passed before booking further inspections to avoid cancellations and rescheduling.
