With a 30m by 40m site and standing proud as one of the tallest towers in Melbourne’s CBD at 224 metres, this residential tower posed some serious challenges.
This project comprises 568 apartments and 12 office spaces across 51 levels, along with retail tenancies and a ten-storey podium car park for 266 cars. It also features first class amenities on level 33, including a pool, spa, sauna, gym, an entertainment room and business centre.
