Making the most of mixed use.
The entire city block, located on the old Queen Victoria Women's Hospital site, was almost flattened and excavated for the huge 1500 space basement carpark, and densely built with a medley of apartments, shops, offices, and service amenities.
The development comprises 137,500 square metres of lettable area with 3 connecting buildings containing laneways, play spaces, retail and corporate spaces as well as 600 apartments.
