We were the relevant building surveyors for the new development at Levantine Hill Winery in the heart of the Yarra Valley. This site is a world class vineyard which produces a range of high-quality wines.

This new development masterpiece was personally designed by Karl Fender of Fender Katsalidis Architects, the genius also behind Levantine Hill’s cellar door. The project encompasses a new building with circa 3,500sqm across 3 levels, including production spaces, VIP tasting areas, offices, storage areas, one ground level and one semi submerged basement level with offices in a mezzanine level and a large reception area and VIP tasting room. The winery operation caters for 250 tonnes annual output capacity.

There is also an established landscape area and helicopter landing zone known as the Village Green, which is located East of the cellar door building, winery building and associated infrastructure.

We, as the relevant building surveyor for this unique development masterpiece, have once again proved our capacity in enabling the client and architects to focus on creating awesome projects, while we take care of compliance aspects in the complex regulation world.
